These photos (of an enrichment activity for church) are for Molly, who didn't get to see the final product of our planning. It turned out great and your chicken salad croissant sandwiches were delicious.
p.s. This was such an easy event to clean up...we did box dinners and didn't have dishes to wash or food tables to set up. Most people took their boxes home so there was minimal garbage. Such a great idea and tied in with our "out of the box" theme.

Yay! Thanks for posting the pictures, it turned out so cute!!! Can we do this for every enrichment? Just kidding but it was fun and simple and maded a statement! Glad the chicken salad turned out, I have been having problems with my taste buds not tasting things so I was a little nervous that it might be over seasoned!

It was SO CUTE! I love the boxes and I can't wait to take mine to my friend with new baby triplets! Just the box alone would brighten anyone's day! Great activity; I think everyone really enjoyed it.

This is very random, but I found your blog when I googled myself (what, it happens we all do it), and found myself in your round-up of the WASCO fiasco because I Heather Kinion, was there in it (and didn't appeal and didn't write a paper and felt bad, but not like we were in the Breakfast Club or something).
I live in Chicago now, and feel free to check out my blog. It is less family friendly than yours and kind of depressing lately but my life fortunately is not.
